Why do assets that depreciate bring the most excitement to our life? It seems like these fun items to flex are often the most detrimental to our wallet. New whips, watches, chains, and other similar assets are well known for being depreciating assets – often losing a huge amount of their value as soon as you “drive off the lot”. I quickly talk about that one time I tried to flex. Spoiler alert....it was a dumb idea.
